    FFS. He did what I would have done. Moved to a better wage, play in a higher division and not have to relocate. Whats wrong with that?

    I hope he does get a good reception. He was a brilliant player for us, so he deserves one. He probably signed for de-dars so he didn't have to move. Don't be so harsh!

    Putting myself in his position after he was part of getting us relegated, there would be two options for me.........

    1. Stay with my team and help get them back up, as I was part of the reason they went down.

    2. Stay at championship level by joining a team out of the region.

    But he took option 3 which was.........

    3. Join one of our most hated rivals.

    1) He did for a season

    2) He might not have had any other options in The Championship

    3) Barnsley wanted him off the wage bill as we were in admin.

    I'm with DB3K on this one

    Why did it have to be Sheff U he went to. Exactly the same as Alan Smith CHOOSING to go from Leeds to Man U. Shows no consideration for the feelings of the fans, going to their bitterest rivals. It's hardly as if there wouldn't have been other options. I will not be booing him, but I wouldn't blame those that do.
