Whats the best way of buying Minecraft for our kid, without linking his google account to my bank account.

I know in USA you can buy "Gift cards" for other accounts but its not available in UK.

Only thing I can think of is linking my Bank account to his Google Account, buy the game, and then remove the link to my Bank. Is this about right, or is their a better way?

Cheers if anyone points me in the ight direction.

After hours of painstaking playing around, for anyone else that wants to do this, yes, its as simple as that.

log into your childs google account, add your bank card, make the purchase, and then remove the card.

    Yes mate,

if your kids account hasn't got google wallet attached to it, you set it up at the same time and add your card to it. Then you can remove the assocaited "payment" from it. So it least they cant clean your account out aftewards lol
