Lets get someone else in that will strengthen the team and take us forward

Blackwell
Dowie
I'd consider even Penny

And lets now get behind the club - every confidence in Shep !!!!

Just because he spent millions and looked like taking a team down,

Not fair weather...........there has been something wrong at the club since last season

Buddy buddy tactics dunt work
You cannot have loyalty in football, the football business is too cut throat
Ask McPhail, he'll tell yer

We have had serious problems at the club and Andy Ritchie has not solved them
So he needed to be sacked
But I'm sad about this, because he is a good motivator of players, and no one likes to see someone sacked

true,

Do you reckon Gordo will give each applicant a list of players and if the candidate picks out the same players as gordo he will get the job?

has he bugger as like. it was the easiest decision to make. Shepherd made his feelings clear, when he did that interview on the radio.

Pesonally, i think that this decsion stinks, and it is about time the board take a good luck at themselves, and ask themselves if they did all they could to back the manager in terms of transfer funds.

It is not as if ritchie did'nt try to bring players in, just look at those whp turned down moves, to go elsewhere for more money. what happened to the "box-office" players, that patrick cryne promised he would provide funds for at the beginning of the season

SHEPHERD OUT!!! is what i say

Gordo thinks he might start copping some heat , so sacks the manager.

Is he reading "idiots guide to being a footy chairman"

Step 1.

If it looks like you might get some flak from the fans , sack the manager.

I agree with you thre, mate. As i said it is easiest option to sack the manager.

Shepherd sould have bent over backwards to give ritchie some transfer funds, not go public to slag him off. that does not show loyalty to the fans or the manager.

congratulations, Mr Shepherd, you have just sacked the best manager we have had for a while, possibly since Dave Bassett was in charge.
