Get Wright, Healey, Mcparland, Wroe, Williams, Austin on the transfer list and off the wage bill asap and fetch in the 3 players we need. Get em all out on loan until January and lets get some quality in.

I know you can point the finger at Wright and Healey saying they are a waste of money. However, Ritchie just hasn't given them a chance - 10-15 minutes every game does not count. Players need games to get sharp and match fit - none of the above have been given this. The problem is Ritchie's blind faith in players such as Devaney, Togwell, Hayes and Richards to name just half the 1st 11. In my view, the only players this year deserving their place is Howard and McIndoe.
Togwell is our best player covers every inch of the pitch and is easily the most accomplished and comfortable at Championship level. Hassell has played well, but switched off for their goal. Howard runs out of steam after an hour it seems. McIndoe didnt get involved enough for the first 70 mins, only when he switched to a more central position did he see enough of the ball, and a couple of times I thought he shouldve passed earlier (after outpacing their full back he almost hit the corner flag when Howard was screaming for a pass). we're 4 players short of survival I'd say. too many of our players know they're automatic first choice (Richards, Devaney, Howard, Reid) and need someone to push them to bring our their best.
It seems to me .. that when we're losing, everybody connected with the club doesn't know what they're doing. And when we're winning, they do. Or are we just overreacting a tiny bit?
