Well like everybody I'm very disappointed that Michael McIndoe has left us! I was similarly dismayed earlier in the week at the departure of promotion manager Andy Ritchie. However what we can see here for sure, is decisive action being taken by a decisive chairman! Being decisive can pay off big time or be disasterous. Lets hope Gordon's gambles pay off!!! Personally I fear what the instability will do to the team and the clubs prospects. But lets look to the positives Sheps decisiveness could turn our season around. Hey and we got Leon Knight!
