    Bloody weird article. Looking at his Linkedin he's a Leeds fan that's only been doing sports writing a few months after years as a painter, I suggest he go back to the day job. Wouldn't be surprised as some have said if the agent had a word about getting his name around

    When you say lazy journalism, what it actually is, is probably a young lad who wants to get into sports writing, so he does pieces for the football league world, give me football and other click bait sites, on an amateur unpaid basis. I think what happens is that they give them a remit such as, write about a player x club could look at signing and they do so. Not a rumour as such, just someone trying to get noticed.
