What a load of ****** they are, its going straight back, having to register a bank card with mobile phone just to get free apps, not likely, they can shove it where the sun don't shine, why the fecking hell do people have these things when you have to **** about like that, i'll stick to mi Samsung thank you very much.
yeah it dose pal, its a phone at the end of the day, why do you need a bank card to use a phone ?, worlds gone mad
no it's not. it's a mobile device, which has phone capability. if you just want a phone at the end of the day, get a nokia 3310. no bank card required
you do right mate. also make sure you cancel all your direct debits, your ebay account, your paypal account and make damn sure you never buy anything over the telephone or online ever again
don't have pay pal ebay direct debits or owt like that, never used my card in a shop never would, wife dose it but its not for me that, i put it in hole in wall once a week take out mi money and use cash for everything i buy.
Why take the piss, if you are happy with Apple having your bank card details, then fair enough, but he isnt so he wont use their products ! I dont like the idea either, I dont have ANY Apple products at all.
Louise (the wife) ya know that phone you got mi send it back and get mi a samsung, why?, it wants mi bank details to be able to use apps, and it can **** right off. im not messing about getting a debit card just to use a phone
Me neither. If he's not happy with a company having his bank details, then fair enough. But he made it sound like he wasn't entering his bank card number because it was a pain in the arse. For me, getting in the car and driving to the store/walking to the bus stop, getting the bus, walking to the store and going through the rigmarole of getting your money back and then having to buy a new phone is a much bigger pain in the arse than the two minutes you spend on the phone keying in your bank card. If it was a stress free life he was after, he'd have been much better off keeping the phone.
Ah, so when you said it's much easier, you meant for you, not for the poor bugger that has to sort everything out for you.
I trust no-one with my money pal, i work too hard for it to be lackadaisical with it, up until a couple of years ago i had an account with Barnsley building society and went down every Friday with my bank book to take out my wage, then it went tits up and i had to get a bank account with a bank card so i got a card that can be used in a cash point and nothing else, i never let it out of my sight and wouldn't dream of putting my bank details on the internet or giving companys my details, the wifes had a iphone years and knows it needs linking with a bank card, shes known me 12 years and knows what i'm like so it serves her right that she as to mess about lol, she should have never got me it in the first place.
I've no problem with how you look after your finances, it's not how I do it like, but each to their own. I didn't realise that was why you didn't want to enter your bank details. Before you send the phone back, I believe it's possible to buy an itunes card (you can buy these with cash) and register that rather than register your bank details. You certainly can with ipods. Worth looking in to if you like the look of the phone. Not an Apple fan myself, but some reckon they're brilliant.
