Last time I went it was barcode scanned

Which was a right twart because the person in front of me got through the turnstile without pushing it a full quarter turn. I scanned my ticket, pushed the turnstile which clunked shut from the last guy and would move no further, preventing me from entering the ground.

I went back to rescan and the machine informed me that this ticket had already been used.  I eventually got in after much kicking off - the stewards accused me of sharing a ticket - ie one guy goes in, passes the ticket back through the turnstile and then I go to the steward with a ticket and a ****-and-bull story to try and get in for nowt.

Nice. My ticket has only been folded in two in my wallet since last Saturday. It's going to be a lot of fun getting into the ground, then.

It does not matter if do not bend it.

Went to world cup in summer and they put chips in tickets and was told not to bend. No problem when putting it through machine. Don't worry
