To sack you for that reason .. I think they would have to explain why they took you on in the first place, or kept you for the time you have been on.</p> Was it out of the blue?, has somebody, say a customer or a colleague or superior complained about your accent? Has anybody warned you about your accent and asked you to improve it?</p> If not - that sounds very dodgy to me.</p>

can't claim unfair dismissal as only been working 4 months could claim wrongful dismissal but all he would get is his notice period
If that really is the case and there is nothing more to it, you ought to go to the Chron, as well as contact YTV, Dearne FM and Radio Hallam newsdesks. Ventura are a disgrace.
