Doncaster Rovers will be a bigger club than Birmingham in 12 months time... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ...that is my opinion, and I think my opinion is very correct. Why may you ask? Because Birmingham City have a \"selling\" culture at their club, and they are risking a hell of a lot of things on getting promoted this season. Their wage bill is ridiculously high, their attendances are ridiculously poor, and if they don\'t get promoted, they could quite easily go belly up. They will lose millions of pounds on this season, and their spending, lavish wages and expendsiture will have to stop. Our gates are only a couple of thousand lower than Birmingham\'s, and we have a very well managed club, with a very well managed structure, without millions upon millions of debt. Unlike some of you big time charlie\'s in this league that are chasing the American Dream (otherwise known as the Premiership), we are quietly going about our business, and we will become a bigger club than Birmingham. Lets face it... Birmingham City in 12 months.... average gates.... big players leave your club to try and get rid of your huge debt... the owners will want to sell the club, and several teams will be a hell of a lot bigger than you. You might want to take Matt Mills off our hands now, but in 12 months, you\'ll be begging well managed clubs like Doncaster Rovers to take your players, because you won\'t be able to afford them. But don\'t cry out loud, when you fall, remember you almost had it all!
dunt take the pikeys long a few decent perfomances and results, and they think they are the bees knees
Our gates are only a couple of thousand lower than Birmingham's try 6000 on average. But having said that Brum have in the past had some seasons of very poor attendances, sometimes lower than ours. If they dont get promoted in 2 years they'll be up **** creek. Couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch of tw@ts..well almost..
I post on there and he's on a wind-up. He does it once a week and people keep biting, it defies belief.
