it was a massive,massive error of judgement by ritchie in thinking the current squad were good enough for the championship,this was the main reason why hardly any new faces were brought in,every bfc fan knew the defence needed strengthening and that our forward was poor and nothing was done. a manager lives or dies by his results how can he keep his job when we are getting beaten week in week out?.
