Completely agree; they come as pair and the plaudits should be given to both equally.

First assistant manager to have his name cheered by the fans?

Posh away - 'Flitcroft give us a wave, Flitcroft, Flitcroft, give us a wave'.

    He's getting the credit already!

If he was on here I would 'rep' him, if I knew how.

He gets as much credit as Keith, from me anyway, hence referring to 'Hillcroft' when talking about them.
And Keith himself says that he's a partner, not an assistant. Its 50/50. Again, hence the nickname

No I agree completely, I was singing it at Posh. I think its great that he is getting the recognition as it is deserved.

He's up to two now which might not sound like much but it's two more than me, you and most of the mere mortals on here put together.

I was just thinking the same, couldn't we start to sing, '' Keith and Flicker's red and white army '' and '' Hillcroft Hillcroft give us a wave ''
