    alledgedly the club have offered him a deal , captancy and a 1 year contract , might get 2 years at essex tho

    Where've you heard that? I've read about Goughie being

    offered a deal but they are interviewing to replace Byas this week and said they would choose a captain after that with the approval of the new man.
