<p class="big">Blackpool manager Simon Grayson is awaiting a response from Barnsley's Robbie Williams, after offering the defender a contract.</p> The 22-year-old enjoyed a thoroughly successful spell at Bloomfield Road in a loan deal from Barnsley, but Williams is now available on a permanent basis and Grayson admits he is just one of the player's many suitors.</p> "We tabled an offer for him last week and now we are just waiting to hear back from Barnsley," said Grayson.</p> "He is going to receive other offers because he played very well for us, so we'll just have to wait."</p> Williams netted five goals from defence for Grayson's side, including the opening goal in Blackpool's 2-0 League One play-off final win over Yeovil.</p>
