    Lol (Joking btw)

Arsenal Football Club has announced it will be writing to fans who travelled to Old Trafford on Sunday with an offer to cover the cost of a match ticket at a future Barclays Premier League away game.

A Club statement issued today said: "Sunday's result was obviously disappointing for everyone connected with the Club. Our travelling fans were magnificent throughout and we want to recognise their fantastic support. We will be writing to them shortly with the details."

It is a great gesture but I bet they'd rather the money was spent on the team at the moment 

Ipswich did something similar for their fans after the 7-1 caning at Peterbro.

Didn't something like this cause a row with us and Forest a coupleof seasons ago?

Forest got hammered at Preston (i think) and their club offered some sort of discount at the next away game which was us. In the meantime our club were offering a cut price deal for home fans, but wouldn't do it for Forest as they had already promised their fans something and we weren't going to subsidise that. Remember it causing a bit of a row anyway.
