No real stand out performances today but everyone was a solid 7 or 8 out of 10. I think we controlled the game throughout and Bury's only real of hope of scoring was from a set piece or launching it forward to Pope. Looking forwards to the reverse fixture in a few weeks time as I'm confident of another 3 points. Hourihane and Brownhill were very classy again. Broke up the play, kept the ball well and started attacks. Hourihane really has become the complete midfielder. Lovely goal from Watkins. Did brilliantly to bring it down and cut back inside. Although Winnall's general play wasn't great he took his goal very well. It was drilled into him with pace but he took a great first touch. All in all another satisfactory victory and Johnson leaving doesn't look to have upset the apple cart one bit.
