    When talking to a male friend, just say...

    "Oh you appear to have something on the heel of your shoe"... as he spins round and lifts his heel (adopting a gay stance).. you say... "ooooh hello Sailor" (in an extremely camp voice)...

    Eeeeehhh i PMSL...
