    Just come 20 yards down my street, started to slide so thought fook this and REVERSED the 20 yards back up the street, he went around the block and tried to REVERSE up the bit of street he hasnt gritted.. it didnt work, so now he's just fooked up.

    Me thinks he needs a different job.

    Your lucky gritters have even attempted to go up your street. Only main roads done in Darton.

    Ain't that bad - Set off to work 10 mins early (19 miles to Leeds) and got here 20 mins early. Third lane was a no-go in some sections.

    I'll expect half my workm8's not to show or turn up 30 mins late cos they couldn't do the sub-5 mile journey. Oh, and the guy who does the night shift who hands over to me at 6am is nowhere to be seen. He's probably fecked off early 'just in case' (chinny)
