Ahh, but what if they HAVE met him? Is it allowed then? I was just discussing this with Davie B the other day.
Good question. It could depend on whether they've met him or they know him. If he's a friend then stevie is ok I guess, if you've only met him then it's a bit personal isnt it? And adding the G is just gay anyway
oh by the way, a question for you I still remember a couple of years ago during an FA Cup draw, chelsea were drawn out as the home side and the BBC cut to a shot of I think the tottenham (or whichever team) players/manager/whoever and 2 seconds later out of the hat as chelseas opponent, you guessed it, tottenham. It seemed very staged, cutting to the team to get their reaction to the draw before they'd been drawn. So does the BBC get told which teams to get reactions from etc, or is it entirely the BBC's choice where they send cameras and when they cut to them on FA cup draw day?
RE: oh by the way, a question for you We would have been showing a Spurs cup tie live just before the draw, so during the draw, they have the option of cutting back to WHL or wherever to get the reaction. How they managed to cut to the Spurs players just as they were drawn out, I've no idea. Lucky punt??
