by letter and e-mail.

Also opened contract talks with AR. Said that AR was "surprised" when GS told him about the approach.

Let's hope that this is the end of it and AR gets a much deserved new deal out of it, hopefully that will have a positive affect on the team

What really bugs is that it takes

an approach to AR for GS to get his arse in gear with contract negotiations. He might be an absolute wizz kid in his business world but he has a lot to learn in this game. He has actually made it worse for himself, how strong a position AR is in now knowing Wendys are on the sidelines after him...............

but is he meaning player contradcts as opposed to Ritchie's contract.

he was on radio sheff last week saying they were wanting to speak to Tonge, Williams and Devaney regarding new contracts, but would be leaving Ritchie's contract for now.

    The Contracts......

of Tonge, Devaney, and Williams are fairly important. But of the list of out of contract players for the end of this season. I would say Williams for example should be near the bottom of the list.

Williams is getting too much stick

Had a cracking game against Plymouth, one of the top 3 performers, and played well again on Saturday in a poor performance.

Yes there goal might have come down his side, but when a team doubles up on you and you're lacking support from your left winger, you can't be blamed!

Not saying Robbie is a class player, but is treated a bit too harshly on here by some people, I do think we need 2 new full backs BUT, there been made to look worse than they are by wingers who almost refuse to track back at times
