that he is saying we will only sign players with our budget?

increase in cost will mostly be wages, i reckon a few players will have increased wage clauses on promotion in there contracts so that goes up straight away!

Fair enough a few players have left but having 5 players leave does not balance this out for the rest of the squad unless they were all on silly money!

the way i see what he is saying is that we might still look at players in january as we cannot get the right players in now for the right price, this does not mean we are not goign to sign anyone!
