Sheffield Wednesday chief executive Kaven Walker has appealed to fans for help in identifying those supporters who were involved in throwing coins at Owls keeper Brad Jones during Saturday's 3-2 win over QPR. The on-loan Middlesbrough stopper was the subject of missiles thrown from the Kop during the second half of the match, and Mr Walker said such action would not be tolerated. "It is unacceptable for fans to throw any implements from the stands, let alone throwing coins at one of our own players," he said. "This type of behaviour could lead to the club being investigated and fined by the Football Association and I would urge fans who can identify those who were involved to contact the club anonymously."
