    RORY FALLON!!!!!!!!!!

    From the Swindon site

Rory was signed from Barnsley on November 2003 after a number of impressive performances against Swindon Town, which eventually caught the eye of former Manager Andy King.

He originally joined Barnsley as a professional in 1999 after moving up through their trainee programme and he had just began to cement his place in the first team at Oakwell when he suffered a stress fracture of his foot, which saw him struggle to regain his place.

Town eventually agreed a disclosed fee with Barnsley to bring him down to Wiltshire and having waited patiently for his chance, he scored a number of important goals in the 2003/04 campaign; including a brilliant overhead kick from the edge of the box to secure a point against Bristol City.

After the departure of Tommy Mooney in the summer of 2004, Fallon was given his chance to start the season as a first choice forward and quickly set about establishing himself in the side.

A huge, battling tough forward with superb aerial ability coupled with a good touch despite his size, Fallon has made a barnstorming start to the 2005-6 season and scored 7 goals in his first 11 starts - including a double against Bradford City in late September.

    Not Funny really.
I never wanted him to leave and knew he would come good one day.
He was treated shabbily by the Club and forced to kop the blame for him having to play a lone striker role upfront.
He's a good player and I wish we had him now.

"Town eventually agreed a disclosed fee with Barnsley" wouldn't a disclosed fee be one that is known?
