I said some time ago that we needed to know what was happening behind the scenes. we have seen some attractive football at oakwell up to last month and I felt ritchie was doing fine, win or lose. but I must hold onto my opinions because I do not know enough as to what has been happening behind the scenes to comment on whether Ritchie should have gone or Shepherd? All we hear as a rule is speculation and its hard not to let it influence us. I feel if its true Shep has undermined Ritchie then we have lost a very good manager. If its true Ritchie has wasted time and points due to lack of commitment to signings then.. Good riddance. but I bet he learns and jumps back!
