Would have loved to make trip to Bristol today to see Reds hopefully grab 3 points in a huge game. Important we don't loose today but with Flicker I believe he will be looking to win.
Piorities though come in and i'll be at the NIA watching my daughter (also season ticket in ponty) competing in the National Indoor age group Champs at Birmingham NIA. in Shot. Massive achievement to compete at this level and reward for all the hard work.

So come on Barnsley and come on Jess, lets hope it's a great day :)

Good luck at the indoors, my daughter was also entered in the 800m, but hasn't been well enough to go. She got silver in the Northern indoors, but this would have been a big step up for her.

Just to let you know, she finished 6th in a close comp missing Bronze by 30cm :-( Threw a new PB of 9,75mtr in U 15 girls. Very proud with just a hint of disappointment. Not bad though when shot is only her third best event. Role on the summer season and the hammer and discus :)

Big step up for mine too Sam, Mine got Gold at the Northerns, but great experience :)
