    3 otherwise first teamers out, shows the woeful lack of cover we have.

    Robbie Williams in midfield truly was a baffling decision that presumably only Davey knows the reason behind.

    Goals came from:

    1) Austin individual mistake not marking his man, ably contributed to by some flapping from Colgan who could have done better with the first in my view;
    2) Williams, individual mistake doing God only knows what in the middle of the park with two Wednesday lads bearing down on him;
    3) Kay individual mistake, granted a real howler, but when your central defender conspires to trip himself up and leave their lad with a one on one there's not much can be done about it.

    Wednesday created very little aside, and the game was evenly dull in both directions.

    It wasn't a pasting in terms of performance but Wednesday certainly showed us how to finish and seemed a lot more hungry for the game.

    End product, we need more cover/competition - Wednesday weren't that great - really was just one of those days.

    Finally let me just say again ... Williams in Midfield????? Foooken 'ell.
