    As it happens...........now I've had the all clear from the hospital, I've been and signed up at Lifestyle Fitness today.

    Got myself a personal trainer at £30 per hour.

    Strongly advise Metrodome, £25 a month, full use of swimming pool at anytime you want, free squash and badminton courts in off peak times, great weights section and top class cardio, plenty off staff to aid you too.

    Money we'll spent in my opinion mate....


    P.S.....some tidy birds aswell
