    The only team to never be relegated from the Bundesliga (surprisingly) can remember them having a good European run afew year ago think they beat Man City.

    Finished 16th the past 2 seasons and survived by winning the play off

    I was looking at the weekend. I couldn't believe they were near the bottom with some of the players they have in their side, Van Der Vaart, Olic, Adler, Holtby. Then I saw that they scored just 25 goals in the regular season, 10 of which came in the final 5 games. That is pathetic for a side of their stature and with the players they have.

    They escaped via the relegation play offs last season too. I hope they finish bottom next season.

    Went on a stag do to Hamburg last September and luckily they were playing Bayern so we all went to match, superb atmosphere before and during the match well apart from the result being 0-0 but due to beer being served to you in your seat that didn't really matter.

    We've all said we need to make it an annual visit, superb stadium and city and everyone was so friendly so would recommend to anyone.
