I saw him throw his shirt into the crowd as he was walking off. Is there anything to read into that after his show of petulance on Tuesday night?
He could have his contract cancelled but I suspect that he will keep his nose clean for a while. I imagine that he is getting frustrated by the fact that he is unable to turn defences inside out in this league when compared to League 1. He is still a game changer on his day but he will get fewer chances to show it this season.
What a moronic thread this is. No wonder folk no longer post on here.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
There is no way that we'd cancel his contact for being petulant. Hecky handled the situation very well imo.
well that's 50 quid he is down, they only give 2 shirts and if they swap, lose or give one away they got to buy another, remember he as a young baby in the house, might not be getting any sleep, grief off wife, who nows , cut him some slack,we all get stressed in life
He only kicked a bloody water bottle, I think he was dropped due to his performances not for his strop.
I am not saying we would or that he should request it. It is a possibility that's all. I know it is a very remote one but I can get a bit pedantic at times. I should have realised that it is very easy to rattle cages on this site. Apologies for raising peoples blood pressure.
This threads a little bit bonkers isn't it? Footballer in 'throwing shirt into crowd' shocker. In all seriousness, I reckon there'll be no further reprocussions for Hammill's behaviour from the Newcastle game. I personally feel that there was a slight overreaction over it anyway. #TeamsLikeBarnsley
He apologised publicly after the Newcastle match. Said that he was disappointed and frustrated with the result but that his reaction wasn't called for. Why the overreaction here? Get on with things and forget about it. Anyone that doesn't show that type of reaction when losing should be questioned in my opinion.
