Telling a female doctor to watch her tone

That’s not going to end well for him

Interesting piece from the Guardian. I think he's their favourite Tory.

I don't like the way she has put "watch her tone" in quotes. That's not what he actually said. His answer was condescending enough without the need to embellish the meaning behind it.
For the record I think he seems to be a obnoxious man and given how poor and shambolic government policy seems to be I think he's going to be the one in line for the axe.

The houses of parliament should be working remotely. Why is a doctor that could have been in contact with who knows how many COVID patients allowed to be in that room?

She should absolutely be able to ask a question and I think she's fantastic for what she's doing, but why does she have to travel to London to be an MP?

"Only travel to work where it absolutely cannot be done from home"

He's been set up as the fall guy from the start. Thing is, he's the ony one who hasn't worked it out.

You keep playing down the shambles of a job your beloved Tories are doing.

    Great stuff.

The Houses of Parliament are working remotely with a very small number of London based MP’s attending, mostly keeping a very safe distance.

Have to say mostly because whilst almost everyone is keeping further apart than 2 metres, there’s a couple of backbench Tories sat on top of each other :(

    2 metres?
This government could be on the other side of the universe and the British people would still not be safe from them!

My mate has christened Hancock ’Perineum’. He told me it’s because every time he sees him on TV, he’s between a lovely person and an arseh**e!

Don't think you could get two more diametrically opposed newspapers than the Guardian and the News of the World

    Really?
He delivered ‘calm down dear’ in response to a perfectly reasonable question from someone qualified and calm. And you’re objecting to her quotation marks.

it was a low point- even for someone as out of his depth as HandCock.

Well you’re entitled to your opinion.

personally if that had been at my workplace he’d have been sacked.
