    No end to the romance in our house today

    Got four screaming kids to look after all day & night. Halloween parties to go to; Ice skating for the older ones..... Mike working all day; and then just as I am trying to get four kids bathed & in bed, he'll be off out to play football!

    Good job we did the romance thing earlier this week!

    That was the first match after my honeymoon!

    We drew 1-1 at Wolves Ashley Ward equaliser.
    Wednesday drew 0-0 home to Southampton

    and

    Ian Mc Millan wrote a poem about a Barnsleyite & a Wednesdayite getting married. :eek:

    10 years, that's tin isn't it? Translated into Barnsley that's "tin int it?". Or is it aluminium? Anyway aluminium is better as it can be used to hold Fosters, as you well know.

    Thanks, No tins tonight ... could be Champagne for one though! ... and Curry? Now there's an idea......in fact the more I think about it the closer to LOR it gets!

    Anyway, no telegram from the Queen yet ... no medals, nothing ... I must deserve at least a commendation. Bravery Award, something like that ... maybe even the "Freedom of Sheffield" ; for services to Barnsley - Dee dar relations

    Sacrifices you make & all that ....
    Promised kids they could have cousins over for Halloween party (see other post about how I'm regretting that).

    In return for that me & Mr F got to sneak off for a night in a hotel midweek, minus kids -played a couple of rounds of golf, gym, swim, sauna, meal in peace etc etc. Was ace, but seems a distant memory now. (and Mr F is currently out playing football so it's celebration for one tonight!! Well one plus four kids who won't go to sleep! :'( )
