I have a confession to make

I woke up this morning (cue blues music) thinking "April 26th, what am I missing? Is it someone's birthday?". (Hangs head in shame).

    Good Morning

Will you be partaking of a suitable beverage this lunchtime in the usual establishment?

Good morning love. I might just be able to make it. I would like to, but have to ensure that things are done at home first like preparing for the eventuality of Weds being relegated, preparing my sadness speech, practising a 'sad, supportive face' in the mirror etc Lol

That's not to say I am not worried sick about today - I am!

    Fowls getting relegated today

Possible I know but too much to ask for, I think. It'd take other teams getting results that we really don't want in case it all goes wrong for us - it'd be a nervous couple of hours if all those other teams are getting something from their games. I think a stay of execution for them until next week will be acceptable, possibly even more entertaining - it'd be great to have a week of safety while they sweat it out waiting for the final blow to their Championship status.

    It does.( sigh)
Jamal could be or saviour today - comparisons will be made if he scores the winner, however, maybe it was Davey's tactics but he looked so lack-lustre against Leicester.
I hope they are all up for it today

The winning goal that day was actually scored by Paul Wilkinson

Clint's was just for fancy at the end.

Btt Best side we ever had

There's a good shout to say that the Glavin side or the slightly changed Premier League side (that cane down) would have beaten the 97 promotion side in a one off game, but no other team brought that joy to the town.

    Can't believe it's eleven years. FFS. :'(

What would you give to have that day again? I can remember every minute, from getting out of bed that morning all the way through.
