Agree - don't know how he keeps getting away with it. Along with Bates, Risdale, Mandaric.... would love to see all of them get sent down for the "dubious" ways in which they have amassed their wealth. Having said that, they all pale into insignificance compared to Abramovich - who was denied permission to buy a hockey team by the NHL way before he bought Chelski, because he failed their "fit and proper" test. Only a matter of time until he gets "bumped off" by a Russian mafia group.
