Seems a good shout. Was surprised that Armstrong didn't come on earlier, would have thought if he was going to get a full game today was it. Anyone know where Payne is? Is he injured or just fallen down pecking order? Bunn was hugely rated a couple of years back. Not sure why Huddersfield would let him go as we're fairly similar teams.
given our success with players from lower down how about Omar Bogle at Grimsby 18 goals so far, or Matty Taylor Bristol Rovers 15 goals so far. could be worth a look if they are available.

Have you actually seen Bogle play? I've been to a couple of Grimsby games (admittedly during his scoring drought) and he looks very raw. If we were still Lin League 1 he would be fine but at the level we are currently at he would be nowhere near the first team squad.

Can't argue with his goal tally though. I saw him twice in the play offs last season. In the first leg of the semi final he (and the rest of the Grimsby team I might add) was absolutely dreadful. I then saw him in the play off final and he was exceptional, and pretty much won the game single handedly. #TeamsLikeBarnsley
There's definitely a player in there. I just don't seeking anywhere near the first team squad. Possibly you could look to buy and loan back.
