    I think that would be classed as circumstantial evidence, it doesn't prove anything - you can't just say "well, why else would you do something like that" and therefore deduce guilt.

    They might not have took anything into there account, but i have a funny feeling there dogs might have took something into there new account with a bank in monaco on there behalf.

    That makes sense be entertaining and you can get away with murder. Or in this case tax evasion.

    He's always been dodgy, I'd have love to have seen him jailed just the fu.ck sp*rs season up

    Easy decision to acquit. Everyone hates journalist and their underhand ways and anyone would try to do the taxman- in fact everyone does.
