Anelka - most annoying goal celebrations ever - bar none What is that hand wave thing all about? I can't stand it - it really smacks as though he's just arrogant - pleased for himself, doesn't give two hoots for his team or team mates.
It was always a strange deal ... Nugent wanted to go to Everton, and had told loads of folks he was signing / "had signed" for them ... then Everton seemed to back out, with a suggestion he'd go there in January. Think he probably went to Pompey as he ran out of options & they've realised he's still his eyes on a deal to go up there - I reckon he still wants to go to Everton. Something must have kicked off for them to want to get rid so soon - he scored tonight though. All very odd.
