    Can anyone tell me do the football club offer refunds for tickets. I have bought a ticket for Hartlepool game but cannot go as I have a chest infection and am suffering wi man flu. Cheers

    yes they do-but you'll have to go down to the box office....

    as they won't get it in the post in time-get better soon!
