JOHN Hartson provided Barnsley with a blueprint for success at the KC Stadium this evening. The West Brom striker marked his first appearance for Bryan Robson's side with a two goal haul which condemned Hull City to an opening day defeat at The Hawthorns. Back on home soil, Phil Parkinson's team will be confident of claiming their first points of the Championship season against opposition also searching for their first win. But when Andy Ritchie, who watched a spirited display from his players go unrewarded during Saturday's meeting with Cardiff at Oakwell, finalises his tactics for the journey to East Yorkshire, Hartson's combative performance is bound to dominate his thinking. Ritchie could include Colin Healy in his starting line-up after admitting the former Celtic midfielder possesses the creativity to spring the type of attack which Hartson revealed can cause Hull problems.
They lost Leon Cort to Palace hope Richards can win a few in the air. It'll be lots of aerial stuff, Kay will need to have a big game against Parkin.
Healy to sign later this week http://www.barnsleyfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/BreakingNewsDetail/0,,10309~878768,00.html
