    Sunderland went from botten end to winning championship a few season back i think - after roy keane took over.

    Millwall went from top at xmas to relegated as well so in reverse. :)

    I've looked in this division for the last 15 years or so and not found anyone come close as far as I can see.

    Bristol City were bottom 2 seasons ago at christmas and finished about 11th with 58 points. That gave them the momentum to win the league the season after. I think that's probably more important than finishing top 6 this year. Momentum for next year.
