    yep, twice now..... First time wasn't too bad, second time was in pain for about 3-4 weeks.

    Yep, they just x-ray you and tell you what's broken

    that's about it, painkillers if it gets too bad. Try not to cough or sneeze.

    Depends what you do, I don't think I had any time off except

    to go get it x-rayed. If you are lifting stuff then off until it stops hurting.
