It's nothing like any of those you're mentioning mate

Think of it like a cafe that serves good indian food rather than a place where you'd go on a posh date. It's cheap and cheerful.

 

Been to Akbar's, wasn't too fussed about it to be honest.

I like Aagrah at Wakey, mumtaz in Bradford is excellent.

aye mumtaz is probably best i have been to, theres one in sheffield which is on a par with mumtaz in my opinion but deciding between going to sheff (20 miles away) or Darton about 8 miles away?

There's two curry places in Darton

 

Been there a couple of times

With Alityke & Mr Alityke and the food was really nice.

 

Got to agree with Eastie.

Very good stuff, and some of the best prices around I reckon.

 

In that case

I think another visit to Darton is called for.
I'm bloody starving now and it's not as if I've got any fat reserves to get me through these hunger pangs.
