    Don't Get It

I have it and it's crap. It loves to disconnect fairly regularly and is pretty slow. It says upto 8 meg, but it usually runs at like a quarter of that if you're lucky.

    Much Better

Couldn't fault it and only changed from it to Talk Talk for a better deal.

To be fair, i've got it and never had a problem with it. Never disconnected me. It is upto 8meg but it depends on what you can get at your location. Mine runs at about 3. Fast enough for me !!

    I reckon

it's time us consumers made some waves. They hold you to a contract yet they fail to deliver their end of the bargain... constantly disconnecting and nothing like the advertised speed? We should have the power to void such contracts if they breach their end.

The trouble is, they hold the cards don't they because you need a MAC code off them to be able to transfer the service.
