.... From either Oakwell AM or Radio Sheffield? I know I ask this everytime but it's good to hear what the media said at the time. Ta, tony
No, but I reckon for future matches you might be able to save it. If you use VLC player to open it as a network stream, before you set off for the match, you can set it to save the stream. You can't actually play the stream in VLC due to the Windows Media DRM on it. However, if you use the Dump Raw Input option in the Stream/Save options and save as whatever.wma it should do just that. Then when you get in, open the saved stream in Windows Media Player. It should obtain the licence from BarnsleyWorld and play back. Should! As a non-subscriber I can't test it. So next match you're not going to, just try saving the stream for a few seconds during the game (I can't see why you shouldn't listen in WMP and save in VLC simultaneously so you shouldn't miss any action) to test if the principle works. If so, we're in business!
The direct URL you need to put in VLC for the stream is in your PM inbox,

You can definitely record it using total recorder As long as you are capturing the stream at the time of transmission as it can record off your sound card and save to mp3 so you dont need to worry about the DRM afterwards dont know any way to get it once you missed it though
Ha! Is it that easy? I would have thought Microsoft's DRM was sophisticated enough to not decrypt when the sound card's capture feature was running! Chuff me!
. My cat was asleep with head on the enter key.
That's why the board seems to have gone mad.
Could you tidy this thread up a bit mate!
Cheers

We've got all our audio on logger tape.... Our reception was diabolical on Saturday though. Transmitter affected by all TV equipment etc, we think.
