Just wondering, saw some post a couple of weeks ago that they'd got theirs but ours haven't arrived yet, just wondered if this was normal. Thanks Sent from my I-Oven using the internets
I think we've been victims of misinformation. We were told that tickets would be posted within 3 working days of purchase, whereas Oxford I believe were told theirs would be posted from the first week in March. Given they started selling before us it's fair to assume we may be waiting a while longer. Why is it so hard for our club to give us proper, accurate information about these things? This is hardly a one-off.
The club tweeted 2-3 weeks as its Ticketmaster in Manchester that are posting them and not the club 'Please ignore the 3-4 day delivery date stated on your confirmation e-mail. Thank you for your patience and understanding' 'WEMBLEY TICKETS: please note that tickets are being dispatched via the Ticketmaster centre in Manchester and could take 2- 3 weeks to arrive'
But the official notification that tickets were on sale and instructions on how to get them - issued by the club on its official website, and NOT by ticketmaster - clearly said three days from purchase. That's the club saying that, not Ticketmaster.

That's why they tweeted an update!! Is it really that hard to understand that they made an oversight so corrected it.
when is the game again ? oh i it,s in April sometime FFS we are not even in March, they will come when they come, i know what people expected when paying all the fees, but you cannot use the ticket untill the day of the game,
I've bought 26. I've got to hand them all out, collect all the money, pay the credit card off. It's not the case of just walking in to the ground with a ticket. It said three days, I told people three days, they're asking me where the tickets are because they've got to pass them on to other people. Fair enough, it was a mistake, so put it in great big **** off letters on the official site.
They haven't corrected it for me. I've received no follow up email apologising despite the club having my email address and having a record of the transaction. How hard would it be to send out an automated email to everyone on the system? I ordered something from Amazon a couple of months ago, there was a problem at their end and I received an email telling me that, it wasn't personal it was obviously a standard email but it explained. I've been on the official site too and seen nothing. The only place I've seen anything is on a third party website (Twitter) which in fairness only has 1900 followers. Also to blame it all on Ticketmaster is unfair when the same bfc Twitter account admits that the club delayed the dispatch of ticket's
It doesn't matter when you need it for. If you've ordered something and it hasn't turned up, you're going to think it's been lost in the post.
Too right - I was starting to get concerned that I had missed the post and the dog hadn't and had ate them. Its not unknown. He has quite an eye for the more important bits of post that come through the door. Flyers for the newest local pizza joint - nah!. Payslip, bank statements, V5C for my new car, Wembley tickets - yum yum!.
