I've always thought that when players havent been good enough Davey has reacted & sorted it out, but this season he seems to be too loyal to certain players no matter how they perform, in the cold light of day his success with new signings is mixed, he rarely reacts tactically during a game, he now seems to be running out of ideas other than try JCR in a new position & if he keeps picking Macken then it may be time for a change.

What changes could he have made today??? None, the only other players available aren't good enough.

the thing with Simon is Plan A works sometimes, then if the other team score we need Plan B which we dont have so we persist with Plan A which the opposition have worked out by now and score again, so we decide to make a change and then the other team aka the Ipswich manouver out on there subs to cancel out any change we have made so in the end we are on Plan A still

or are the players good enough just not been man managed properly? maybe he lacks the ability to motivate them to fire them up, we will never know what happens or is said in that dressing room

Why do we pay them thousands a week then if they are not good enough and who signed them in the first place?

I'd rather persist with Davey than appoint Ince, who has done **** all above the bottom division - and that with vastly more resources than any of his competitors.
