I wouldn't either, I'd be waiting for the big pay off! Surely that pay off will be coming tonight/tomorrow?

its absolutely disgusting that anybody would refuse to walk after such a bad run of defeats. does he actually believe he still deserves to stay.

Lols at this. Like anyone here would waive a compensation clause, out of dignity and pride. Would you ****.

Why the **** would you give a poor drab uninspiring head coach a comoensation clause in the first place.

because they didn't think he was a poor drab uninspiring head coach at the time, everyone at the time said the constant sackings needed to stop and asked the board to back the next manager.

If you did your best at your job but still sucked, you wouldn't just walk away either (unless you had another job lined up already, of course).

But he was uninspiring, I don't recall people being excited or inspired by his appointment. He was a meh appointment who was hardly in high demand

that's just your opinion though innit. i've said a few times now, the next appointment should go to the fans to decide.

He has not done his job, so what compensation does he need. I can understand stand Cryne not wanting to put more money into pot, but they have signed him.
Mr Cryne, I know you are a loyal supporter, so do the right thing this last time and please put him and us out of our misery

err yeah since when did we all agree on anything :p
just out of interest though, what if we did that and all wanted somebody who was terrible, would the chairman allow it if he didnt agree with it.
