    Thought they were setting off this morning, but he's posted on twitter a pic him training in at a gym in Manchester.

    You maybe right - Just remember O'Brien posting sumat about doing a music event last night and having to be up early for pre-season.

    Mido's on 3 training sessions a day - Wonder if this is to coincides with Greggs opening times?

    Maybe hes not as far forward in his fitness as the rest of the squad so is staying behind to do a different regime to catch him up?

    The reply from Mido implies he's been left behind to work on an intensive fitness plan !

    @theboyobrien they r killing me here..I'm working in a gym/garage near Manchester with a rugby guy that think I should be as big as them!
