I wonder if he actually can handle the position we are in? We come to the crunch of last 8 games where we needed another 4-5 wins and it looks to me like his lack of managerial skill and tactical knowledge are going to cost us. Lets face it we dont have a great team but like many others in this league we are up there because it is such an open league. The players just didnt seem to want it. Why wasn't he shouting instructions from the touchline when it was obvious that we were not going to make a breakthrough? Remember it took half an hour to get a shot on target! That simply isnt good enough for a home side never mind a side aiming for promotion at the end of a season Many times this season we have failed to turn up for one of the halves of the match. Lucky enough Bournemouth were only interested in a point anyway. If we had been playing a side who really wanted the win we would have been in deep trouble. Where was plan B when we needed it yesterday? We just do the predictable thing over and over again. The game yesterday proved we have defenders who cant distribute a ball, wingers who cant get past a full back, and strikers who are powder puff. Not to mention the fact that none of the team know how to ahead a ball from a goal kick. (Tip for Hayes-Let your feet leave the ground when you jump. It helps!) If we do get promoted it will probably be in spite of Ritchie rather than because of him!
God you brave thing saying all that
You'll get abused for it but I expect a lot of people are thinking the same but daren't admit it.
There never is a plan B and that is one of my major bugbears.
Swap like for like with no change in formation or tactics same every game.
Ritchie could do with an experienced second in command who he can bounce ideas off.

Interesting thoughts! How about that Ritchie is getting the best out of the players and that they are incapable of comprehending a plan B.

RE: Interesting thoughts! Ha Ha I guess we always assume that they are in the top 10% of the intelligentia!
Nowt could be further than the truth!
