Hope so, get rid of Kidd, O'Hanlon and Kelly and bring in fresh blood.

Agree totally!! We need a complete reshuffle of the pack to implement fresh ideas. Nothing against Kidd & O'Hanlon but they were Davey's preferred Backroom staff and I cannot see Mark Robins agree to the job without bringing in his own men.

Here Here! Start with a clean slate and let the man take full responsibility

    It's the only way.

If Robins is made to work with Davey's backroom staff then that would be a recipe for disaster.

Kidd, O'Hanlon and Kelly would feed Robins **** about the players and have the same mindset as Davey.

They'd try and take control due to them knowing the players strengths/weaknesses etc etc, with Robins knowing **** all.

It would be a disaster, be like having Davey all over again. Get rid of those 3 and let Robins bring in Breckin etc etc.

As Reading says, clean slate and fresh start.

    Thanks for that.

Not fussed who they rate and who they don't rate.

Need a clean slate and fresh ideas bringing to football club.

Also says about a youth coach, Ronnie Branson/Stuart Gibson out too?

Take your point re: Kidd and O'Hanlon as first team coaches, they were Davey's men. But Kelly's role is a bit different, he's purely there for fitness and by all reports I've had he has completely revolutionised the approach at BFC. It's no coincidence that the players claim to be 'fitter than ever' at the start of every season.

I'd keep him on and re-assess the situation once the new man is in place.

Ain't we just got a guy in from abroad for development coach or something?

can see Robins throwing teddy out of the cot if he can't restructure everything, Cryne may be paying a few others off.

Didn't Kelly arrive with Davey though?

Would he want to stay if Kidd and O'Hanlon left?

Like you say could keep him as regards to fitness and the players do say they are alot fitter each season with him working their.

Would Robins also want him out though? Have to wait and see...

RE: Have you seen the backroom staff at Rotherham?

Serious question, how do Rotherham fans know how good their coaches are?

Tbh, I have no idea how good Kidd and O'Hanlan are. I think they should go though as we need a clean slate, new ideas and all that.
