Has there been a problem with TV's?

    My Mum and Sister are both saying that all channels have gone off the air through terrestrial TV.

    We've been having problems

    on and off for the last few days. Thought it was our aerial as it looks a little bent compared to everyone elses.

    Hmmm....

    Mum lives in Houghton, Sister in Donny ... neither of them can get anything through the regular aerial.

    We're in Dodworth

    no picture etc., on any terrestrial channel. All ok through Sky.

    Just been announced

    That Emley Moor Mast is undergoing necessary work that means that terrestrial television will NOT be working between 9AM and 3PM up to August 4th .

    That explains it all then

    Couldn't get itv, chn4 or chn5 on analogue yesterday. On now, but can't bbc 1 or 2. AND i've bloody retuned it all!!!

    we all haggle for a refund on the licence...

    ie contracts etc. BBC

    paying for, not receiving... eh?

    they are doing something to emley moor mast just been on radio so don,t adjust your ariel or even worse buy another tv!

    Emley Moor, it's not far from Flockton, you can see the mast on the way through to Huddersfield!
